These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WICHICA platform, including all applications, dashboards, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. You represent that you are acting on behalf of yourself or an authorized entity.

3. Use of Amazon Information
When you connect your Amazon Seller Account, you grant WICHICA explicit permission to access your Amazon data through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). We collect only the data required to provide the Services you have requested. We do not sell, share, or disclose Amazon Information to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption to protect Amazon Information in transit and at rest. We maintain strict access controls and role-based permissions to ensure only authorized personnel can access sensitive data. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Ensuring that any data you provide to WICHICA is accurate and lawful;

Using the Services in compliance with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.

6. Prohibited Use
You may not:

Use the Services to violate any laws or regulations;

Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or misuse the SP-API connection;

Share unauthorized access tokens or credentials.

7. Termination
You may disconnect your Amazon Seller Account and stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
WICHICA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) for the Services during the six months prior to any claim.

9. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services means you accept any changes.
