USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

If you would like to request deletion of your data associated with Wichica API operated by WICHICA LLC, please follow the steps below:

1) Submit a deletion request

Email: contact@wichica.com

Subject: Data Deletion Request – Wichica API

Please include:

Full name

Your email/identifier used with our service (if any)

Facebook Page ID (if applicable)

Instagram @username or IG Business Account ID (if applicable)

What you want deleted (“delete all data” is acceptable)

2) Data we may store

Page/Instagram technical identifiers (Page ID, IG Account ID)

Connection/configuration used to publish content

System logs related to publishing requests (technical logs)

3) Processing time
We will process deletion requests promptly and confirm completion by email.
